Institutional Investors from Boston-based AEW Capital Management acquired the Webster Park business center at 7200-7298 NW 25th St. in Miami, Florida, for $25 million, or about $152 per square foot, from CoFe Properties LLC
The four multi-tenant industrial properties total 164,000 square feet of warehouse space located just one block from the cargo entrance to Miami International Airport.
Both parties negotiated the direct deal in-house.
