Thoma Bravo Inks Prelease at OKO Group's Miami Development

Thoma Bravo has agreed to an office lease in the new development rising at 830 Brickell Plz. in Miami, Florida.

The Chicago-based private equity firm will occupy 36,500 square feet on the 52nd and 53rd floors in the 57-story, 664,300-square-foot office skyscraper in the fourth quarter of 2022.

When it delivers in early 2022, the five-star building will feature a tenant health and wellness center, open-air rooftop lounge, street-level restaurant, 24-hour concierge and private conferencing facilities.

OKO Group owns the building and is developing it along with architect Adrian Smith & Gordon Gill Architecture.
