Iberia Foods signed a lease for just shy of 398,000 square feet in Building B of the Bridge Point Commerce Center and is expected to occupy the space in February 2025.
Located at 21301 NW 47th Ave. in Miami Gardens, Phase II Building B, where Iberia Foods will occupy, is nearly 800,000 square feet. The company's lease marks the most substantial deal inked in the North Miami Beach industrial market in 2023.
Established in 1930, Iberia Foods specializes in the sale, distribution and promotion of a diverse range of brands and products, from Caribbean and Latino cuisine to standard household condiments.
The Bridge Point Commerce Center is a business park comprising five buildings, with two currently in the construction phase and expected to be finished soon. Developed by Bridge Industrial, the park commenced construction in 2020.
